E te whānau, we warmly invite you to join us at 6pm, Friday 24th April at 115 Taranaki St, Te Aro for a meaningful evening of connection and creativity.

We are honoured to be joined by Micro Mill and friends, who will facilitate a community loom, and Sumaia Daoud, who will lead a Tatreez demonstration. 🧵✨

Following these demonstrations, there will be an open mic where the community can share poetry, stories, or whatever the space moves you to share 🎤📖.

This event is part of the ongoing fundraising efforts for Mohammad and is held during the month-long exhibition ELSHAREIF: An Exhibition Honouring Palestine put on by Songs of Solidarity and Al-Rifaq.

Bring along scrap yarn or extra materials for the loom and be part of this powerful evening of solidarity and creativity. 💛
